Throughout the ages and across all cultures, the hearts and minds of many have been deceived by sin. They proudly imagine themselves to be the very embodiment of truth, yet are caught in the whirlpool of fame, gain, and power β full of error, deceit, falsehood, and self-righteousness. They are but like the morning dew or passing clouds, appearing for a moment and then vanishing away. Many others have enshrined philosophical reasoning, scientific discovery, or artistic inspiration as truth; yet behind the very nature of these things, they are like the spray of the waves β forever chasing, yet never able to grasp the eternity of the solid rock upon the shore.
In truth, the laws of the universe by which the sun, moon, and stars run their courses remain unshaken through all ages β all because the truth of the Creator is eternal and unchanging. For God so loved the world that, more than two thousand years ago, He sent His only beloved Son, Jesus Christ, into the world, who proclaimed: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6) The Bible is wondrous beyond compare, containing more than 1,800 precise prophecies β of which about 360 concern the coming, death, resurrection, and redemption of Jesus Christ. Today, more than 96% of these prophecies have already been completely fulfilled β all of which reveal the glory of God's truth.
With heaven and earth as His pen, God declares that He Himself is the Lord of life β the One who creates, redeems, and judges. A great prize was once offered to reward anyone who could overturn the truth of the Bible; yet to this very day, that prize remains unclaimed. Generations rise and fall like the tides, but the truth of the Scriptures alone stands unshaken, and Jesus Christ alone is the only beloved Son of God β He Himself is the very Truth.
The Lord Jesus also said, "The truth shall make you free." (John 8:32) The vast majority of the Bible's prophecies have already come to pass. While the door of Scripture is still slightly open, come quickly to know the truth! If we sincerely confess our sins and repent, believing and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ, we will receive the eternal truth, be completely set free from the bondage of sin, possess the true freedom of no longer sinning, gain eternal life, and one day enter the glorious heaven according to His promise.
